Parallels or Bootcamp?

I have recently bought a mac book pro 13" 16gb ram and i7 processor.

I use application such as SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS which are not available on mac os.

Would u suggest me to use bootcamp or parallels for windows installation to use these apps?

They are totally different.

Parallels is a virtual machine, it will run Windows, but with a restrictions in it's work. It's still running under Mac architecture.

Bootcamp will give you a chance to use fully-functional Windows and switch between MacOS and Windows (also see this: Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant - Apple Support)

My vote is for Bootcamp.
