Powerbeats Pro disconnecting during calls

My PBP work fine for listening to music and never drop. But anytime I use them for a phone call on my Xr, they will always drop out a few minutes in. The call stays connected, but the PBP disconnects. Anyone else have this issue?

Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference -- If your Powerbeats Pro disconnect in only a few locations, it could be a symptom of wireless interference. The steps in this article can help.


Reset your Beats earphones -- If the issues wasn't interference, or the steps didn't resolve the issue, reset your Beats earphones.
