My PBP work fine for listening to music and never drop. But anytime I use them for a phone call on my Xr, they will always drop out a few minutes in. The call stays connected, but the PBP disconnects. Anyone else have this issue?

Same issue there. Normal AirPods V2 working but the Power Beat Pro keep disconnecting. I guess there is an issue with the firmware or else...
No issues here with mine.
stating it’s a firmware issue based on 2 people is pointless.
what troubleshooting have you tried, what device are you connected to?
