Macbook Pro 15 with external monitors freezes when launching apps

I have a 2016 MacBook Pro 15-inch 2.6 GHz i7 with Radeon Pro 450 2 GB. Whenever I'm using external monitors (3 to be exact), whenever I try to use Expose or open a new application, the computer locks up (no spinning beach ball) and will resume after 30-60 seconds. I'm guessing it's an GPU issue, but I don't know how to troubleshoot any of this. Hoping someone can help me here. Attached is an output from EtreCheckPro as suggested in other posts.

I have something required for my work called VIP Access from Symantec and I don't think it's causing any issues.

To trouble shoot further you can:

  Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache,  etc.

This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

Test issue in another user (or guest user) account  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204443

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

Thanks for your reply & help. I've used these monitors for about a year with no problems, so it's not "how" I have them hooked up. Also I uninstalled CCleaner.app, but the only reason that shows up was because I've been trying to diagnose the problem for a couple days and was running that. I don't have Symantec AV, I have something required for my work called VIP Access from Symantec and I don't think it's causing any issues.
