MacBook Pro crashing with Premiere Pro CC 2019

When I start to edit in Premiere Pro sooner or later my MacBook Pro display turns black. The keyboard is still active, I can see that from the lights on the letters. I have to shut down the MacBook Pro and wait for like at least 15 minutes till I can restart it without a black screen. It is horrible and I can not work on important client projects anymore with this issue. Please help!
