My Mac randomly goes black and after a few seconds it comes back.

Hi there!

I have a MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015) that has software that's up to date and probably 2-3 times a week the screen will go black and after 5-10 seconds and after pressing the space bar, it will come back on. But if I'm watching a video it will stop and restart or on Zoom it sign me out of the call. It's very frustrating and I don't know what's going on. I've never had a problem with this Mac until this.

Please help :)

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Hi,

There is a possibility that your MacBook Air has hardware related issue.

Try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports something.

If it doesn't help, contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find near opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined it.
