iCloud photo sharing/airdrop sharing

My husband shared a total of 36 pictures via iCloud in 2 separate messages and it’s been saying waiting. He sent them around 12 in the afternoon yesterday. Is there something that I must do in order to save photos or at least see them?

Everytime I click on the link it says “waiting”, and I have checked to make sure my iCloud photos and everything are turned on and they are. Sharing iCloud photos to someone Sharing a album iCloud link to somone and then deleting the pictures of your phone will the other person still be able to see the pictures since you already sent it. also that it was about 360 pictures and it was sent separately each album with 30 pictures each and none will load only 2 and it’s taking forever not even one picture has loaded , will it ever load?

Be certain all involved devices are plugged in and using Wi-Fi.
