I am unable to transfer imovie project to a usb drive. I need to play it on either a pc or a television
I have saved it to an external drive using the imovie app (works perfectly) but can't get it on to a usb using quick time player. Is anyone able to help?

Share out your project as a File to the desktop. Drag the shared movie into a USB drive that is formatted ExFat. An ExFat formatted drive will play on a PC and a Mac, as well as a T V.
You can't transfer the iMovie project itself, but rather the shared out movie from the project.

You are welcome. If needed, you can reformat the USB drive to ExFat using the Disk Utility app on your Mac. (See Finder menu for instructions on how to format a disk.) Reformatting a disk erases all the data on it, so back up any data that you want to keep.
