Charges on my account

Good afternoon,


I have recently been billed for by 02 Account and upon checking the bill, I noticed significant discrepancies and charges that are being taken frequently from me. I have not a use for iTunes on my phone or computer as I use Spotify.


Please help me as I have been charged £7.49 almost every other day - I have never subscribed to anything and fear this is not the first time this has happened. Please can you help my with returning funds and blocking this type of thing as I am a student and live on the bare minimum as it is.
