Can an app override Do Not Disturb?

I have a Wyze camera on my front door. It will send notifications when it senses motion, during the hours that Do Not Disturb is off. Can I change it so this one app can send notifications during the off hours?

No, you can't. If you have DND turned on, you will only get phone calls from the contacts (or groups of contacts) you've specified and call/text notifications from anyone who you have set with Emergency Bypass. At this time, there is no way to allow an individual app to override DND.
