imovie
Hi. I made a project on iMovie. But when I try to open that project, iMovie quits unexpectedly, and I am unable to open the project. What should I do?

Does the crashing happen with just this project, or also with others? If confined to this one project there might be some corruption in it that is causing it to crash.
First upgrade your operating system to current Mojave, and update iMovie to current version 10.1.12. See if that solves it.
If not, try opening iMovie while holding down the option and command keys and selecting to delete preferences in the box that appears. iMovie will open in a new library. Reopen your old library to get back to your project. Now see if you can open the project without crashing.
If still no luck, try booting up in Safe Mode and, after everything loads, immediately shut down and reboot in normal mode. See if that solves it.
All else failing, you might consider redoing the project.
