Basic iPhone backup question

My phone’s wigging out and I would like to restore it from an older backup (July 5th).

Will that old backup’s photos overwrite the newer (post July 5th) photos with the old ones on iCloud and Google Photos?

Restoring from a specific backup? Is there a way to retrieve a previous backup from several days /backups ago? Was having issues with phone so did a back-up. Noticed that phones were not enabled to back up so I turned on iCloud photos and backed up again. After a back up, I did a restore to see if the issue I was having would be fixed. I just went to find some photos that I had and noticed that none of my photos were on my phone. I'm not sure what happened. Is there a way to go back and restore from a specified back up? Trying to see if my photos are stored on one of the previous backups. :-(

Is this possible to backup photos on my iPhone from my old backups on mac? Recently I had to erase my iPhone because it wasn't able to start. Before that, I got a message about the lack of space on it. But on my Mac, I have a few previous backups from older phone (also mine associated with the same apple id). Is this possible to restore photos?
