Old message not read

Every time I reboot my iphone I get a notification that a message was not sent from more than 450 days ago. How can I fix this notification.

Old message on ipad Every time I reboot my iPad I get a message ( message failed to send) I can’t delete it, because I can’t find it. Has anyone solved this problem as I find it annoying. Thank you.

Notification: Message failed to send Every time I restart my iPhone I get a notification "Message failed to send" and saying when this was. Currently that is "298 days ago". I can find no unsent messages on the phone. Any thoughts as to what is going on?

Didn’t try the forced restart. However opening up Messages, then edit gives a real all option on the bottom. Hitting that cleared the old message nags

Did you try a forced restart? To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
