Without cropping the video or setting the video as a picture in picture over the top of the frame image....I just want to shrink the video within the border so that the edges aren’t cut off as much

Hi, Alex,
You can try this: Create a new project. Put your video into it and also drag in a black background. Overlay the video onto the black background using Picture in Picture. With PIP, reduce the size of the video to the size you want. Click on the blue reset button to apply your settings. Then share it out to your desktop and drag it into your original project. You now have a smaller video, with no cropping, on a black background. Again using PIP, overlay your boarder over the reduced sized video and adjust its position so that it properly overlays the video. It may take a little trial and error.

Picture in Picture is the normal way that I would recommend to fit a picture to a frame image. Like this:

Because I need my border to be at the front and to overlap the video. When I try using picture in picture the video is at the front and overlaps the frame instead
