Cannot communicate with helper app on my iOS iPad.

When I try to open a new Pages document this error occurs: can not communicate with helper app. Pages has latest update 5.1. iPad air (3rd Gen) Software version 12.3.1

I can open old docs created in the app. I've restarted the iPad and updated the app to the latest software version today.

Is there any new setting that I’m missing, because I’ve checked and it looks normal. I haven’t found any solution online, except for resetting to factory default, and that is painful. Please is there any easy solution?

iPad Pages 11.2 app crashes I have a problem with the Pages application, program crashes To correct the text, I press the SPACE or ENTER key for a new line, the program shuts down. The same thing happens when I open New Pages and write new text. I used iPad 11PRO and iOS15.2 pls support
