How do I keep a hacker off my mac laptop? He

I have done everything that has been suggested to me by Apple and cybercrime people to protect my laptop. However, he still keeps getting on. I have a laptop 15" MacBook pro retina that I'm on at the moment and he's stopped my password and he's watching me. He's on and I have ethernet with the cords attached to my laptop and I have WiFi and he uses it when I'm off my laptop. I can tell because it comes on when I get back onto my laptop. I have no configured it and he configures it and goes right ahead with his remote scamming.

Help!

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

if you are convinced someone has comprimsed your laptop

back it up with time machine

then go into recovery mode

format the drive, reinstall the OS, migrate your data over from the backup using macOS's migration assistant; skip migrating your applications, any 3rd party apps should be installed cleanly and any App that is not recognized by Apple should be used with great care to verify it is not comprisable..

Reset your router to defaults, install any firmware updates for it and then secure it. If you router has an option to manage remotely and you are on ethernet you can disable that.

You can not install a keylogger software on macOS unless you are physically sitting at that computer at the time of this writing.

Disable guest accounts if you need, do not enable root unless it's needed for a very specific task (If you don't know what that is dont worry, it's disabled by default)

Your network is only as secure as the least secure device on it.

Disabling the SSID Broadcast:

Connect another device to your Network. Log into the router using the Default Gateway and disable the broadcast of the SSID (The Name of Your Network). Its name would not be seen be whomever it is.

Renaming the Network:

Renaming the network might be a bit of a hassle, but I think it would be best for a home LAN, when it comes to network hacking.
