When receiving calls I cannot hear any sound unless the speaker is on. If I plug in my headphones I can sound but that’s it. With no head phones in at all, I cannot hear any sounds at all. I tried resetting the phone, turning it on and off, and a bunch of other things the web said to do on google. Nothing seems to be working and I would appreciate an answer this, thank you!
