Mixing ECC & non-ECC memory on the new 2019 Mac Pro

Will one be able to mix memory types on the new 2019 Mac Pro? For instance add ones own aftermaket ECC memory modules to a base system that ships with non-ECC R.A.M.? With all those memory slots it would be a good idea maybe even for balancing possible performance achievements

Apple is not here, and as this MacPro won't ship until this Fall, we fellow users have no more information than what Apple has provided on their web site. Check with Apple directly.

Neither macsales (owc), nor Crucial are showing any memory information yet about the 2019 Mac Pro.
