I recently allowed messaging on my MacBook Air laptop , but then after that I stopped getting text messages on my phone. I checked my settings and I have the Imessages turned on - but I thought that meant that both devices would recieve the same messages- Help?

don't know what macOS or OSX you are currently using but in the Messaging preference select or check box internet.
