Updating my payment method

Hi, When I go through Settings to my iTunes and App Store account, and click on, Add Payment Method, I am unable to update my payment methods and add a new card for purchases (or even cancel my old payment method). It keeps asking me to update the security code on the previous card (which I needed to cancel out). What should I do? Thanks


BTW - everything on my phone is up to date

Try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
