Hello! If my iphone is cracked and the touk doesn’t work, and doesn’t have the ability to hand it in for repair. How can I access my notes and pictures in it? heard something about a cord so you plug in a "mouse". how does it work?

If your phone is damaged and the touch screen does not work, then there is no way to get into it to retrieve your data. You will need to get it fixed. There is no mouse that will work with it either.
