My document appears in Preview only and I am unable to edit the document now. How can I access it in Pages to make changes?

Choose the file and Get Info (command-i). In the Open With section choose Pages, then click on Change All.

Pages is mysteriously missing in my Applications on my iMac! How do I re-installed it please?

I am unable to choose Pages in the Open With section. The selections available are iTunes, Mail, Messages, Notes, Photos, Preview, or Utilities. Pages is not listed in the Applications available even...
