Why is the game i purchased still pending when they have already taken the money out of my account

Pending means iTunes hasn't received the money for it yet. Either it's on its way, or you are only seeing a : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. If you view the payment details screen on the account are there any error messages ?
