Dotted cloud next to songs

Many of the songs in my personal iTunes library have a dotted cloud next to them; this apparently means they are still being "matched" in iTunes. Because of this, these songs are unavailable to me on my other device, in particular my phone. My phone says these songs are unavailable in my region. I'm in Colorado. Is there anything that can be done to match these songs so I can listen to them on my phone?

A dotted cloud means the song hasn't been matched/uploaded yet. Depending on the size of your music library, your ISP's upload speed, and whether you are letting your computer go to sleep or not, it can take days - or longer - to completely upload all your music. I wound up setting my computer to never sleep until my music was all matched. It took more than a week.
