Music not syncing

I do these steps, select my albums/playlists etc but ever after applying and syncing the music is not copied to me phone or says “this song isn’t available in your region” even though I own the song.

Try iTunes > Preferences > Devices > Reset Sync History and then try syncing once more.

If that hasn't helped try signing out of the iTunes Store on the device and then try again.
