Random audio

In the last few days I will be working in Photoshop or Illustrator and audio starts playing sometimes it is an old YouTube Audio that I had watch a week ago sometimes it is just something I have no idea what it is. I can't find the APP that might be causing this. I actually have had to restart my computer to stop it. HELP THIS IS ANNOYING

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck
