Wifi Powerline extender and HomeKit won't cooperate

Hi everyone, I bought two Logitech Circle 2 cameras and I am having an issue with one and HomeKit.

This is my setup:

  • Router --> HomePod & Circle 2 #1 connected directly (everything works great for HomeKit)
  • Wifi Extender --> Circle 2 #2 (works with the logitech app but doesn't work with HomeKit - after adding the HomeKit code it is stuck on adding the device window for a minute then it returns the error that it couldn't add it)

The wifi extender is TL-WPA 4220 this is a powerline wifi extender - one device connected via ethernet to my router then connected to the electricity plug, the other device in my bedroom connected to the electricity plug generates a wifi network). I should note that my Router and wifi extender's wifis have different names (e.g. "Living Room" & "Bed Room").

I know for sure that Circle 2 #2 isn't the culprit as I tried to connect it directly to my router and it worked with HomeKit fine.

I guess some settings in my wifi extender must be changed to make it more "HomeKit friendly" but I would appreciate your help on that one as I am no expert on those settings. I am attaching some screenshots of the settings to see if you can pin point to the problem.

Thanks for your assistance!

HomePod, iOS 12
