Macbook "Critical Software Update" issues

Hello my MacBook Pro 15" 2016 sometimes is going into a loop of critical software update when booting and sometimes it turns off automatically when I connect my external screen (It's a Lenovo y2f - Legion).

I'm using a USB-C - HDMI Converter.

I cleared SMC, NVRAM, PRAM, Also reinstalled macOs Mojave again from bootable USB

I also checked the hardware diagnostic tool and no issues were indicated.

Can you help me please identify the problem?
