Download and run EtreCheck, a utility created by a user here at ASC. It tells us what software you have on your computer and what is currently running which is very useful in diagnosing computer problems. Once it has finished running, copy the report and come back here. When you reply here look at the toolbar below the text entry box. Third from the right is an icon that looks like a document. Click it, then paste your results inside the new textbox. If you try to paste the test results here in this textbox the report will be truncated.
