I foolishly provided complete personal info (SSN, DOB, etc.) and credit card details in response to e-mail that looked legit. Then I realized it was a spam! Within ~ 10 mins I reset my Apple ID password. How much damage have I done to myself? Thanks for any help!

Contact your credit card issuer to cancel the credit card and request a new one be issued. You might consider getting credit report monitoring or freezing your credit reports with the 3 major credit reporting agencies. I don't now if the SS agency can help, but you might try contacting them. They may be able to issue you a new number.
