Updates are available for several applications (both paid and free).
When I try to update them, I get the message "This item is temporarily unavailable.".
At the same time, the Xcode was updated successfully.

Have you tried logging out of the AppStore & back in?
Get rid of Clean My Mac. It does nothing of value and mucks up your machine.
The only time I've ever seen that "item unavailable" message is when the machine was purchased used.
Your Apple ID never downloaded them originally.
Can you name a free one that gives that error so I can see if it happens here?

Avira antivirus was previously installed, but it was removed from the system.
Removed all unnecessary.
Unloaded all unnecessary programs.
No effect.
I entered under another Apple ID - and the corresponding applications are also not updated either.

Yesterday, for no reason, all applications were successfully updated.
'This item is temporarily unavailable.' when trying to update some applications from App Store.
