Apple Watch

My girlfriend has her Apple Watch paired up to the phone and no matter what I can do she’ll always be able to find my location how do I get it out of my phone the watch

I would change the password on your Apple ID, this should disconnect her devices immediately. Then (if not already activated) setup 2 Factor Authentication and make sure the trusted devices and trusted numbers used to handle authentication codes point only to your iPhone and other devices which are securely under your personal control.

Note after changing the password you will have to login again from your other devices. They will all suffer the same undignified forced logout your GF gets, but at least you know the password.

How is she locating you (which app?)?

if you are using a shared Apple ID (two humans with one ID) and Find my iPhone it can be a major task to split the account. Hopefully the problem is a simple location sharing app, but until you tell us how and which app it is impossible to suggest a simple fix.

i do not recommend erasing someone else’s Apple Watch unless you wish your girlfriend to become ex-girlfriend with immediate effect. There are simpler and less disruptive methods to achieve your wishes.

Problem is I know jack **** about Technology I just know that I thought for the longest time someone was hacking my phone I called Apple support and they all looked at me like I was crazy and my girlfriend so computer software home fo Technology I just know that I thought for the longest time someone was hacking my phone I called Apple support and they all looked at me like I was crazy and my girlfriend so computer software and is a genius somehow Shiva transferred files well in my files I seen she transferred pictures somewhere she’s got like four different iCloud‘s and I’ve never even use GarageBand and when I go to look at my and manage my data through my Apple ID is the third highest used Data and I’m never in use that app

I noticed for the longest time she was able to get to certain things in my phone because I was part of the family sharing program because I would look at my screen time and I would always be super high in certain areas that family sharing allowed

I’m not technologically savvy whatsoever I changed my passwords almost all the time to the point to where if I do that it’s just doing something that I’ve been doing I’ll change them again but I assure you, I do believe she was doing a lot of it’s your family sharing but I also believe that she has the know how to do certain things the average person cannot I start family sharing but she still is able to get into my phone somehow if I go to my files she transferred things out as well
