Kids bought apps
My kids downloaded several games that were free for a short time and then I noticed several dollars were missing from my visa account these apps aren’t being used.can I get a refund .i didn’t know that they did this

Do they show as purchases on the iTunes account's purchase history ? Did the apps have auto-renewing subscriptions in ten : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ?
Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
