Icloud signing in problem

I am unable to sign in to my icloud in my apple tv. It says that ‘could not communicate with the server’. What will i do?

Have you tried restarting/resetting the TV?

Does your account have 2 factor authentication?

If yes, try to turn it off, log-in, and turn it on immediately.

If no, contact apple support agents.
