I am trying to download this song I’ve purchased but it’s not working. I can see it under purchased items...but it will not download at all. I have read other questions/responses on the discussion board but that didn’t help.

What have you tried to get it to download ? You've tried logging out of the account, closing the iTunes Store app via the phone's taskbar, and rebooted the phone ? Tried a different network ?
What have you tried to see if you can get it to download ? And what are you using ?
I’m using my phone xr. I verified the purchased and I tried to download it from my phone and tablet but nothing works.
