not able to update pages, numbers, keynote and imovie on new macbook air

new MacBook Air, (Mojave, 10.14.6), trying to update pages, computer shows that I need to accept this in 'account' in the App Store, cannot find where to accept. pages version is 7.1 (5683)

I tried to click on my image in account, there I see the programs but nowhere seem to find an 'accept' button? Can anyone help me?
