I have an Iphone SE and I've been trying to set up my voicemail for quite a while now, and when I do that it only gives me the option to ring voicemail and I ring them and it just hangs up straight away so I can't do anything. I'm wondering how do I set it up without voicemail hanging up on me straight away?

First, restart your phone as described in this link-->Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Then tap Phone/Voicemail. If it doesn't show your voicemail messages call your carrier's tech support and tell them that voicemail is not properly provisioned on your account.
Voicemail is a carrier feature. You should contact your carrier for assistance.
How do you know the number for your carrier
Look at your bill from your carrier. Or look at the service agreement from your carrier that came when you got the phone. Or go to the carrier's website and click "Contact Us". Or, with most carriers, call 611 from your phone.
