I am having problem to delete a file .

This appears to be a large file which can take some time to delete.

What happens if you select the file and then tap “Show in Finder” on the bottom of the window. Have you tried to then delete the file from Finder?

This is quite puzzling. My gut feeling says that it’ll resolve itself over some time. If not we can start playing around in Terminal to see if we can eradicate the file once and for all!

Lets try restarting your Macintosh by pulling down the Apple Menu  -> Restart.
