I brought ipod BLE ear phones. I am not able to use them as they are causing so much pain at ******. In the first week of usage I saw some blood also. Now it is only severe pain.
Is this because the ipods defective surface or all ipods are like this?

I'm not familiar with "BLE ear phones", but with ear buds in general, the solution is to not push them as far into the ear canal.
Instead, just place them loosely into the outer ear canal, and turn the volume up to compensate.
