Caller ID show name for strangers

Caller ID is showing the names of unknown contacts. It is confusing because I'm not sure if they are a saved contact or not. I'd rather see the phone number and location. This would be more helpful in determining if I don't know the person. It would also be more helpful in spotting spam calls, as the phone number is often more revealing. Does anyone know how to turn this feature off?
