Iphone alarm lable changed, is my phone being hacked?

Hi!

I notice that one of my alarms suddenly has its label changed into some foreign language words, I'm very sure I didn't do anything. Apart from that everything seems fine, but still I'm quite scared.

Does anyone know what happened? Is my phone being hacked by someone?

Many thanks!

Thanks a lot for the fast response!

I did restart my phone after I noticed that!

I didn't jailbroke my phone, and no one has ever touched my phone these days. One thing I'd like to point out is that it seems that those foreign words are actually meaningful and sounds like a threat (I did receive a tele fraud phone call some days ago and hang it off as soon as I realized it, and they tried to call back several times but I never answered). That worries me a bit, and I just don't understand how it can happen by itself.

Thanks a lot!
