iCloud Calendar

Cannot edit appointment in iCloud Calendar with MacBook.

Lose data after edit and save.

Started 3 days ago, appointments in iCloud Calendar containes a lot of //n characters.

Can see OK with iPhone but not with MacBook.

Either your iCloud data has crossed the limits , the calendar application itself is corrupted or you have crossed the limits of events created in a Mac see this article https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202158

I understand you are having some issues editing appointments in iCloud Calendar on your Mac. Since this started 3 days ago, can you think of anything that might have changed? Are you able to update the events on your iPhone and at www.iCloud.com?

You are right on the spot. I started to delete some of my old appointments and immediately everything went back to normal. Now I know I need to do house keeping periodically. Thanks for your help.
