can i upgrade my iphone 5 to ios 11 or ios 12 or other can you gaudie me please

some common apps are not installed and a main issue is my iTunes store cannot open

ios updates my iphone 5 is at update 10.3.4 but it still wont let me use anything in the app store and etc. it says it needs ios 11. i am confused by this

iPhone 5 is not updated, because of this I can't download applications, they ask me to update the iPhone to ios 12

The iPhone 5 cannot be updated beyond iOS 10.3.4.
