How can I embed video in Apple Mail

Would like to have ( YouTube ) video play within email it self, not just a link.

Is there a way to this without external software or complex coding?

I have Googled this and found nothing that helped me.

Only as an email link, unless you download the YouTube video and attach it to the Mail message.

Email often has size restrictions. A video file may be too large for your ISP to send or the recipient's ISP to allow. Use a file sharing site such as iCloud to share large files.
