If you accidentally canceled a 3-month trial subscription to Apple Music, will it be possible to restore them?

The trial is for new subscribers. If you re-subscribe, then you are not a new subscriber.

You should be able to get your old iCloud Music Library back, if you don’t wait too long with re-subscribing.
