Syncing to ipod

My iTunes has stopped syncing to my iPod. When I drag the playlist up to my iPod device it no longer works... it was making them have a (!) mark next to them , I updated , restarted etc several times and now it just says they cannot be copied because of an error.

Ahhhhh!

The exclamation mark nerxt to a song title means that iTunes can no longer find the song on your computer. This can be due to:

moving, renaming or deleting the file that iTunes uses
the drive where the file is located is no longer accessible; that is if you have the files stored on an extrenal drive and that drive is no longer connected or its drive letter has changed
files to iTunes that were on a memory stick, instead of copying the files onto your computer and then adding them to your iTunes Library

So have you be carrying out any tidying up on your computer recently?
