Office 365 Outlook creashes after 2019-004 Security Update

After I did the recommended 2019-004 Security Update to my Mac Book Pro, every time I attempt to send an e-mail in outlook it crashes.

As of right now, I have the latest version of outlook.

Outlook version

16.27 (19071500)

License: Office 365

Subscription

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Where can I go to fix this?
