Gray boxes instead of movie/TV/music graphics in iTunes
I was having a problem with the graphics properly showing in iTunes. I tried changing the scaling of my screen and when I did change it to 100% the images appeared, but being in my fifties I found the font size harder to read. I happened upon an easy solution: I deselected the option for Windows to correct images. Easy!
Steps
- Go to Windows settings
- Select System
- Display settings should be the default page to open, but if it isn't then change it to Display
- Select Advanced Scaling Settings
- Turn off Let Windows try to fix images so they aren't blurry
That did it for me. So far I haven't had problems with the appearance of apps, but we'll see if this remains true over time.
