iTunes on Windows shows gray squares for images rather than album graphics

I have seen both this answer and this answer. However, the first answer is unacceptable. I cannot run my system on 100% scaling because everything is too small to see on my screen. I cannot get the second answer to work on my computer. Is there any way to fix this, or am I just screwed because Apple is too lazy to create a program with proper display functionality?

Windows, Windows 10
