Changing card information when card on file has been canceled

I am trying to add my new card number to my wallet and itunes account but it wants me to verify my old card before i can manage the account. I cant add a new card or delete old card. Please help!

If you can't edit your Apple ID payment information


  1. If you have an unpaid balance or payment due
  2. If you have a subscription that automatically renews
  3. If you changed your country or region
  4. If you're a part of Family Sharing
