MMS Issue. Doesnt work in my iPhone XS

Hi All,

For some reasons, MMS doesnt work in my XS.

iMessages are good. Regular text messages are good. Only MMS is troubling.

The MMS switch is turned on. I did a Network Reset, still same issue.

I have one more iphone, that doesnt has any issue with MMS. If i switch my network sim card from the XS to iphone 5, the MMS works in iphone 5. Its not responding only in my XS.

I took an icloud backup, did a factory reset, again loaded the backup into my XS and tried again. Still same issue.. MMS fails saying "!Message not Sent".

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Does your cellular data connection work with other apps? If SMS is sending fine, but MMS is not, that does imply an issue with your cellular carrier’s MMS data setup. SMS and MMS both send the text part over the same portion of the cellular telephone voice channel. Only MMS uses your cellular data connection for the image or attachment portion. And iMessage uses cellular data for a basic internet connection when WiFi isn’t available.

So if MMS is the sole issue, that really implies a carrier setting issue.
